REFUND INFORMATION

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can file a claim. To facilitate the return, please enclose:

  • A brief description of the product defect.
  • A photo in which you can see the defect or damaged part of the product.

When we receive the photos, we will check what happened and contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.

Complaints are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Breakage due to misuse or if the product is “worn out”
  • Dirty or spoiled products from use.
  • Products that cause contact hypersensitivity.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as rubbing, sharp objects, chemicals, etc.

How will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive the package in our warehouse and after checking the product, we will refund the amount you paid. The refund depends on the payment method you used when ordering:

  • If you paid through PayPal, you will receive a refund in your PayPal account in 24h.
  • If you paid by Credit or Debit Card, you will receive a refund on your card in 24h/48h.

Who pays for the return costs?

The costs of returning the product are paid by GIORGIAFRATTA.IT in the case of defective or damaged product. The defect or damaged product must be reported immediately, if reported later, the shipping costs will not be paid by the company. The shipping costs that have been paid will be refunded only in case the product is defective or if we have sent the wrong product.

In the event that you return the product because you are not satisfied with the purchase or other reason other than receiving the 'damaged or defective item the cost of sending the product is the responsibility of the customer.
