When can I return an order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to express your desire to return the item to the email address hello@giorgiafratta.com within 48 hours from the time the product is delivered and return the item making sure that it returns to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the time the product was received.

Any claim regarding the delivery of the Product(s) or desire for return must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the Product(s). After the claim, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days. Otherwise, it will no longer be possible to continue with the refund, but the company will offer an exchange or voucher of the same value.

 

The returned garment must be in exactly the same condition in which you received it and must have, as far as possible, the same original packaging and all labels.

If returned garments are not in the condition in which they were delivered you will be charged for the costs necessary to restore them to their original condition.

 

For sale items, we cannot accept exchanges or returns unless the item is damaged or the wrong item was received.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged during special promotions and special orders.

 

If the returned item shows signs of wear or damage, the return request will be refused. It will be the buyer's responsibility to take care of the additional costs and arranging for the item to be picked up by a courier for return to the sender.

In addition, the item must be sent in the same box in which it was received.

If you want to change the product for a different one, you will need to place a new order or contact us through customer service.

 

Products purchased on www.giorgiafratta.it are normally delivered to Italy within 5 working days from the date of the order and 7 days to all other destinations. From the time the package is handed over to the courier, delivery is made within 48/72h. Deliveries may be slightly delayed during holiday periods and please note that couriers do not deliver on holidays or weekends.

 

Before your package leaves our warehouse, it is fully inspected and verified by our packing team. If an item you receive is classified as defective and has been received damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt. We can then offer alternatives such as repairs or exchanges.

So, the right of reconsideration is guaranteed, in accordance with the provisions of D.L. 206/2005. We also remind you that the return must be communicated by e-mail to hello@giorgiafratta.com from the date the product is received.

 

RESERVED AREA
You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, without an account you will not be able to track the status of your order or its return or exchange. We recommend that you create an account so that you can access your order history and personal information.

 

 CHANGES TO THE RETURN POLICY

Giorgia Fratta reserves the right to change this return policy at any time without notice. The new conditions will apply to all orders placed after they are posted on the site.

The return of the product should be done in this way:

  • By making the communication/request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@giorgiafratta.com.
  • Products must not have been used and must be in exactly the same condition in which they were received.
  • Products must be returned in the same original packaging and with all labels.
  • You must open your return request by sending an email to customer service: hello@giorgiafratta.com
  • Be sure to pack the products well to make sure they are not damaged in transit.
  • We recommend that you keep proof of mailing or send with a Courier that provides a tracking number for the mailing.
  • As soon as the package arrives and is checked, we will send you an email and, if the product is in good condition, we will confirm the refund. Remember that it is possible that the refund time may be up to 15 business days.
